Everything here was good, staff and rooms were very good. The unit we got was updated with a harbour view, gorgeous views and lovely toiletries. The location was stunning for walking around Casino Nanaimo.

The location was incredible and wonderful for traveling around Nanaimo, not far from many stores and restaurants and the waterfront, good shops and restaurants and resturants. It also was close to harbor.
Breakfast, it was expensive, could be better.

The staff was wonderful, the room well appointed with comfortable beds, but the crowning glory was the bathroom lighting. I was so impressed that I have decided to update my bathroom with similar features.

We were upgraded to a stocked premium king room with jetted tubs by the window. the hotel had coffee and tea makers as well as a fridge at our disposal. - the location was fantastic, just a short walk to many stores, restaurants, the waterfront, as well as shops like Hills across the street and views of the mountains.

Clean, friendly, well orginized and just the right amount of staff to help.
1) One elevator was not working which made for long waits on our floor 10 2) Left my room and was comfronted by a large dog, scared me, not too mention that I would not want to stay in a room where an animal was, we were not asked if we had pets.

The friendliness of the staff, the updated rooms with great views. Nice to relax after a busy day. The restaurant is excellent.
